Your role at Dynatrace

In a world where coding agents write the code that ships to production, the developers steering those agents are the ones who decide what gets merged. But how can they genuinely trust the code their agents are producing? Enter Bluebox.ai, a new product from Dynatrace and a deliberately separate brand.

Bluebox is a brand-new product designed to give AI coding agents runtime debugging superpowers, helping developers safely run, track, and ship AI-generated code.

As our Developer Advocate, you are the face and voice of Bluebox in the developer community. You will earn credibility the only way it gets earned with developers: by building real things, publishing what you learn, showing up where they already are, and being straight with them about what the product does and does not do yet. You are also the community's voice coming back the other way, carrying real developer friction into the roadmap.

We are a new brand in a new category, and the Dynatrace name will not carry this audience. Building brand affinity and developer trust from close to zero is the job. If building things from scratch, learning quickly, and helping define a new market is the kind of work you find meaningful, this may be the role for you.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Be the public face of Bluebox, under your own name and voice. Developers trust people, not logos.
  • Build community presence on Discord, Hacker News, Reddit, Bluesky, and X. Helpful first, always.
  • Write original technical content: deep dives, use-case walkthroughs, and the kind of post a developer sends to a colleague.
  • Run livestreams, videos, and workshops where you build something real and people leave able to do it themselves.
  • Speak at conferences and meetups, and be the reason developers go try the product.
  • Help users tell their own stories through blogs, videos, and talks. Their version travels further than ours.
  • Find friction in the quickstart, docs, and onboarding, and bring Product and Engineering a clear pattern with evidence.
  • Co-create with influencers and community partners. Contracting and paid placement sit with Marketing.
  • Be measured on sign-ups and real Bluebox usage, not impressions or follower counts.

When Applying

Please include links to one or two pieces of your own public work — something you wrote, recorded, or built that taught developers something. Tell us briefly what you were trying to get across, and how you knew whether it landed.

Then spend fifteen minutes with the Bluebox quickstart and tell us, in a maximum of 4 bullet points, where you think a developer would give up. We're more interested in what you noticed than whether you're right.

Please apply with your resume in English.

What will help you succeed

  • A public body of work. Talks, posts, repos, videos, or streams under your own name that we can go and read, watch, or run.
  • At least 3 years in developer-facing work, including real time as a working developer. You have shipped software, not just talked about it.
  • Hands-on coding. You build your own demos and sample projects and don't need someone else to make them work.
  • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Kiro — as core infrastructure in how you build, not as a novelty you tried once.
  • Production instincts. You've been on call for overnight incidents or debugged something in production, and you know what that feels like. This grounds your authenticity and empathy for the day-to-day reality of our users.
  • Startup or growth-stage experience. You understand the pace, and that a new product's growth story is non-deterministic. What worked last quarter isn't guaranteed to work this one.
  • The willingness to say what isn't working — in public and internally — and the judgment to know how to say it.
  • Comfort being publicly identified with a product nobody has heard of yet, and a genuine interest in changing that.
  • Willingness to travel up to roughly 25% for events and conferences.
  • Independent by default. You'll be the primary person focused on developer advocacy for the foreseeable future, owning both strategy and delivery as an individual contributor. That said, you won't be working in isolation — the broader Bluebox GTM team is experienced, hands-on, and genuinely invested in getting into the detail with you.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with observability, SRE, incident response, or developer tooling
  • Open-source contributions
  • Experience building a brand voice from scratch

Why you will love being a Dynatracer

  • Dynatrace is a leader in unified observability and security.
  • We provide a culture of excellence with competitive compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance.
  • Our employees work with the largest cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, and other leading partners worldwide to create strategic alliances.
  • You'll get to work at the forefront of innovation with Dynatrace Intelligence—the industry's first agentic operations system. Bringing together deterministic and agentic AI, it helps teams understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to do next— automatically.
  • Over 50% of the Fortune 100 companies are current customers of Dynatrace.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, Developer Acquisition, your focus is to find, prove, and scale the channels that put Bluebox in front of developers. You won't be inheriting a playbook or executing a campaign calendar handed to you. Instead, you will treat acquisition as an experimental system: form a hypothesis about a channel, ship the smallest version of it that can prove or kill the idea, read the data honestly, and move budget into the few things that work. We are a new brand in a new category, and the Dynatrace name will not carry this audience. Building that awareness from close to zero is the job. If building things from scratch, learning quickly, and helping define a new market is the kind of work you find meaningful, this may be the role for you.

In This Role, You Will

  • Run acquisition experiments across dev-centric channels: including developer newsletters, Reddit, category search, YouTube, podcasts, news aggregators, and community sponsorships. Launch campaigns with intention and scale the ones that earn it.
  • Own paid media targeted to developers, from awareness placements through paid influencer videos, livestreams, and articles, with real budget discipline and a clear read on cost per sign-up. You own paid and measured channels (paid media, attribution, paid experiments). A Developer Advocate owns organic and earned channels (community, content, talks, authentic presence).
  • Own channel and campaign attribution, building an honest measurement picture in a market where developer attribution is genuinely complex, and reporting against sign-ups, first meaningful usage, and activation rather than impressions.
  • Execute the Bluebox content pipeline across blog, social, and paid placements, turning editorial direction into shipped content on a cadence the team can rely on.
  • Experiment with search, AI-SEO, and LLM Optimization as acquisition channels, learn how developers and their coding agents actually discover tools, and feed what works back to the team.

When Applying

Please include a short write-up of 2 or 3 acquisition experiments or campaigns you ran end to end. Max 3 bullet points for each. For each one, tell us the hypothesis, the channel, approximate spend, what you measured, and what the outcome was, including the ones that didn't work. We're far more interested in how you reasoned and what you did next than in the size of the headline result. A failed experiment that gave you real insight is more valuable than a successful one you can't explain.

Please avoid generic campaign decks and brand-awareness case studies without numbers.

Kindly apply with both your resume and experiment write-up in English.

What will help you succeed

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience owning growth, performance, or demand generation marketing for a developer-focused or deeply technical product.
  • Time at a startup or growth-stage team, where iterative, non-deterministic work is familiar territory. Most things won't work on the first attempt, priorities shift as the business evolves, and the answer to "what's next" comes from data you've captured and analyzed yourself.
  • A track record of owning at least two acquisition channels end to end, taking at least one from a scrappy experiment to something repeatable you can point to.
  • Fluency with funnel analytics and attribution. You build your own dashboards, you challenge what a number actually means, and you design tests that answer the question rather than decorate a decision that's already been made.
  • Hands-on paid media execution across dev-native surfaces such as paid search, paid social (including Reddit and X), newsletter sponsorships, YouTube, and developer ad networks.
  • The ability to market to developers without sounding like marketing. You read the newsletters they read, you understand why most B2B campaigns fall flat with this audience, and you'd rather ship something genuinely useful than something polished.
  • AI-native ways of working. Show us the agents, automations, and tooling you actually use day to day.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with being wrong. Most experiments will not work. The job is to identify that quickly, document what you learned, and redirect the budget to what does.
  • Independent by default. You'll be the sole person focused on developer acquisition for the foreseeable future, owning both the strategy and the execution as an individual contributor. That said, you won't be working in isolation, the broader Bluebox GTM team is experienced, hands-on, and genuinely invested in getting into the detail alongside you.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders and senior leadership.

Nice to Have

  • A developer background, or enough coding and coding-agent experience to ship landing pages and instrument experiments yourself.
  • Experience with SEO and answer-engine optimization for technical audiences.

Why you will love being a Dynatracer

  • Dynatrace is a leader in unified observability and security.

Your role at Dynatrace

At Dynatrace, the leading AI-powered observability platform, we are transforming automated IT, cloud, and AI operations into fully autonomous systems. By complementing Dynatrace AI with Agentic AI, we are building a next-generation platform where specialized autonomous agents (including SRE, development, and instrumentation) investigate, develop, and ensure system health with minimal manual effort, all safely managed by a shared orchestration engine.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for this agentic observability offering. You will work cross-functionally to translate cutting-edge AI into scalable, production-grade solutions, fostering adoption and ensuring our innovations deliver real value to enterprise customers and developers.

Your role at Dynatrace

• Champion and guide the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our agentic observability platform, with hyperscale, reliability, and trust in mind.
• Define what our agents do and where the limits are: which work they handle autonomously, what stays human-in-the-loop, and how we expand autonomy as trust grows.
• Treat trust and safety as first-class product concerns — clear execution traces, audit logs, guardrails, approval flows, and visible error states, so users always understand what an agent did and why.
• Define quality and evaluation requirements for agent behavior, including success criteria, evaluation datasets, regression testing, and production monitoring of agent decisions.
• Lead go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for our agentic observability offerings.
• Define the near-term and long-term product strategy together with your leadership team and product managers, and balance investment across product, maintenance, and innovation.
• Align the priorities and workstreams of your area with the core platform and with teams outside it.
• Establish clear communication channels and decision-making paths, and keep decisions transparent for a growing organization.
• Act as the main contact for other capabilities and leadership teams.
• Partner with key stakeholders to gather feedback and identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems to inform product strategy.
• Mentor and grow a diverse, interdisciplinary team of product and AI professionals.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and AI specialists who build the autonomous agents and the orchestration engine they run on.

What will help you succeed

• 7+ years or equivalent demonstrated expertise of technical product management experience in AI, ML, or a related field in a B2B environment, with a track record of setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends.
• Experience with AI/ML or agentic AI products, ideally shipped to production, and a real understanding of how LLM-based systems behave, fail, and are evaluated.
• Familiarity with observability, SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure — you understand incidents, on-call, root-cause analysis, and what production reliability demands. Direct observability experience is a strong plus.
• A clear sense of how to build trust into an autonomous product, treating safety, guardrails, auditability, and graceful failure as things you design for rather than afterthoughts.
• Proven success collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience as either a domain lead or a people manager.
• The ability to present to executive leadership, customers, and non-R&D teams, and to tailor key messages to each audience.
• The ability to motivate technical people such as developers, architects, and product managers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to translate product strategy into business impact.
• The ability to think big while breaking work into smaller components and building high-level roadmaps from them.
• A clear sense of ownership and accountability, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel (< 15%).

Senior Director, Business Operations - Bluebox

Principal & Expert

Your role at Dynatrace

This role has one job: make sure Bluebox actually runs inside Dynatrace. Not the product — the business. Systems, data, reporting, and the coordination it takes to keep a highly agile operation running on enterprise-grade rails.

Within the Bluebox team, you will be the accountable partner to the Dynatrace Business Systems team. You'll oversee the reporting and analytics that the team uses to run the business every week. Further, you'll manage the end-to-end data flow across every system Bluebox touches, making sure it's clean, consistent, and useful. This is deliberately not a generalist role. It's narrow, technical, and high-leverage.

1. Business Systems Alignment

  • Serve within the Bluebox team as the accountable partner to the Dynatrace Business Systems team.

  • Represent Bluebox in all decisions affecting Business Systems and where close collaboration/integrations are needed - coordinate roadmaps.

  • Translate Bluebox's product-led-growth (PLG) motion into concrete system requirements: subscription models, self-serve conversion flows, usage-based pricing signals, marketplace transactions.

  • Partner with the Dynatrace Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to make sure Bluebox's contract, privacy, and data-handling posture is airtight while still allowing agile execution.

2. Data, Reporting & Analytics Operations
Direct the operational data, metrics, and reporting fabric of Bluebox, produced reliably from available sources of Bluebox and Dynatrace.

  • Define, instrument, and govern the KPI stack to run Bluebox.

  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review packs. Reliable, on time, and traceable back to source data.

  • Ensure operational data flows from product telemetry, CRM, billing, and support into a single source of truth for the business; no more offline spreadsheets to reconcile.

3. Cross-Team Alignment & Data Flow Ownership
Guide the end-to-end Bluebox data flow across every system it touches.

  • Map, document, and continuously improve the Bluebox data model.

  • Serve as the translator between Bluebox's speed and the Dynatrace enterprise machinery; coordinating across the Bluebox team and Dynatrace Business Systems and Legal.

  • Be the person who knows how a Bluebox customer moves through the whole system, end to end, and who fixes it when it breaks.

What will help you succeed

Required experience

  • 5–8 years or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Business Systems roles at a SaaS or enterprise software company.

  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools.

  • Deep familiarity with core GTM systems: Salesforce or equivalent CRM, marketing automation, product analytics.

  • Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.

What makes you stand out

  • Prior experience bridging a fast-moving product line with corporate enterprise systems. Internal ventures, spin-outs, post-M&A integration, or a startup-scaled-up-and-was-acquired scenario.

  • Direct experience with a product-led-growth (PLG) motion. You know why activation, self-serve conversion, and marketplace transactability are hard, and you've operated them at scale.

  • Fluency in modern data engineering fundamentals. You don't need to be a data engineer, but you should be able to talk and understand the basics of modern data management.

  • Familiarity with AI / developer tools / observability categories.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong proactive approach. Startups inside enterprises reward the people who ship a v1 and iterate, not the people who wait for the perfect brief.

Why you will love being a Dynatracer

  • Dynatrace is a leader in unified observability and security.

In our commitment to pay transparency and equity, the base salary range for this position is € 132,000 to € 165,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. If your capabilities align with a more senior level, we still strongly encourage you to apply.

Your role at Dynatrace

In a world where AI writes the code, the ultimate engineering challenge is actually a design challenge. Enter Bluebox by Dynatrace.

Bluebox is a brand-new product designed to give AI coding agents runtime debugging superpowers — helping developers safely run, track, and ship AI-generated code.

As our Senior Product Design Engineer (m/f/x), your focus is to design and create the interface for this new era of human-AI collaboration. You won’t just be designing static dashboards. Instead, you will take highly complex, backend concepts — like agent-to-agent interactions, deep telemetry-based investigations, and agentic workflows — and translate them into clean, intuitive, and highly functional developer journeys. Partnering closely with our cross-functional team, you will guide how developers monitor and collaborate with AI, making great user experience our ultimate competitive advantage.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design end-to-end user experiences, prototype them and help bring them to production
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, foster user empathy, and ensure designs address customer pain points.

What will help you succeed

  • At least 6 years of experience designing complex digital software products or highly technical B2B/SaaS systems.
  • Ability to build functional, interactive design solutions in code, using AI-assisted coding tools
  • Experience designing for developer-focused products, such as monitoring, debugging, or observability tools is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with developer workflows (e.g. version control, basic command-line use, how engineers structure and ship work)
  • Ability to ask critical questions and collaborate with product managers to align designs with user needs and business goals
  • Strong communication skills to mentor teams and advance collaborative processes across cross-functional partners.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and designing for highly technical users

When applying, please provide a link to an online portfolio showing only 1 or 2 complex projects aligned with Dynatrace's products. Showcase the outcomes and explore the challenges or business needs addressed. Describe your role and responsibilities in those projects, emphasizing the strategies and processes used to develop solutions and navigate complexities. We're interested in your experience with digital software products and systems at the enterprise level, including B2B, SaaS, and desktop software projects. Avoid including mobile or B2C project examples.

Please kindly apply with both your resume and portfolio in English.

Your role at Dynatrace

We are looking for a practical, rigorous software engineer who is enthusiastic about turning LLM reasoning into safe, reliable, and tool-using agentic behaviors in production environments. You should be a builder at heart who enjoys engineering robust agent frameworks and evaluation pipelines rather than focusing purely on prompt design.

Your role:

  • Design, build, and maintain our core Python agent layer, including LLM routing, tool-calling infrastructure, and structured-output retry logic that ensures dependability in production.
  • Design robust guardrails, input and output validation, and prompt-injection defences to mitigate hallucinations and prevent agents from deviating from their tasks.
  • Define and implement the datasets, metrics, and automated evaluation strategies necessary to measure and prove agent quality objectively across model updates and prompt modifications.
  • Drive high-level architectural decisions for our AI systems and actively participate in team code reviews, unit testing, and debugging efforts.

What will help you succeed

To be successful in this role, you bring deep software development experience combined with a highly analytical and scientific approach to measuring AI system quality. We seek individuals who pair strong Go and Python foundations with hands-on, production-proven experience in orchestrating LLM APIs and agent loops.

  • Multiple years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience with deep expertise in Go and Python.
  • Direct experience building LLM-powered systems and agent loops, utilizing modern orchestration frameworks (like LangGraph), tool-calling, and structured-output APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure, evaluate, and prove agentic system quality through quantitative datasets and evaluation metrics rather than qualitative impressions.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including continuous testing, production debugging, and full-service ownership.
  • Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software development.
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills to work effectively within an international engineering team.

Why you will love being a Dynatracer

We are seeking an innovative, full-stack developer with a strong frontend focus who is excited to build intuitive interfaces for complex AI agent systems. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile, technical-excellence-focused environment and brings a practical, working understanding of how AI agents behave and where they fail.

  • Design, build, and maintain the React and TypeScript interfaces where AI agents' reasoning and results stream to users in real time, while engineering robust streaming UI states across in-flight, completed, stuck, and failed states.
